What time can I start taking down my exhibit on Sunday?
All vendors are required to be open for business until 5:00pm on
Sunday. This enables our attendees to take full advantage of
their shopping needs. Demonstrations and clinics run until
5:00pm on Sunday. Thus, in maintaining consistency throughout
our event, commercial exhibitors are required to do the same.
Any tear-down before 5:00pm may result in loss of space for the
following year.
Someone left a credit card at my booth.
What should I do?
We do not do any general paging for this matter. You may leave
the card in your booth (hopefully the person will remember where
they left it), or you can take it to one of the Lost & Found
location.
The Vendor next to me is outside of his/her booth space. What
can I do?
Please work
with your fellow vendors and encourage that they follow the
rules. ALL exhibitors are required to stay within their
contracted booth space to maintain Fire Marshal Codes. This is
essential in maintaining a safe environment for everyone! If the
issue cannot be worked out, please report to the Resource
Office.
My phone line or electrical outlet does not work. What do I do?
Report the problem CPI directly at 317-595-7888, not the
Resource Office.
Someone
shoplifted or walked off with one of my products. What should I
do?
Go to the HHF&E Building Coordinator to report, located in each
building, and they will notify Security.
Can you store my cash box or merchandise overnight?
No, we cannot accept responsibility for vendor property. Vendors
are responsible for making their own arrangements prior to the
close of exhibition hours.
Can I get extra chairs, drapes, etc. for my booth?
You must order all booth furnishings and service through George
E Fern at 317-635-9606. HHF&E does not provide these amenities.
